Dr. Joe Anderson teaches in the Social Anthropology Department at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). We cover a lot of ground in this podcast including his work with "The Men Who:" a collective group of men "to talk to, listen to, care for and support and help one another in a safe, dynamic and positive space." We also touch on his research specializing in the Anthropology of the United States, group identities, national belonging, gender identify, gun culture and a host of other subjects including how plant medicine intersects with all of the above. Lots of interesting stuff. And by the way, Joe is an awesome Yoga teacher.
