A diverse cultural community is founded on solidarity and empathy. Within the community, it is a privilege to be asked to help someone. It's a sign of respect and trust that only the person asking for help can establish.
This week, Consuelo highlights how allyship can be established with the same type of solidarity and empathy throughout society. Allyship is a lifelong relationship established by trust of being viewed as an equal. With equality, comes equal and unobstructed opportunity for success and financial security.
