In this episode I chat with one of my longest standing client Sophie McMeekin about her journey since starting coaching with me in early 2021.
When Sophie started coaching with me she was a Business and Spanish Graduate, working in an unfulfilled job, trying to grow my network marketing business but not feeling TRULY aligned with it. She knew she had more inside of her and more to achieve and create in life but just didn't know what and how. She had so many limiting beliefs and fears and just didn't really know where she was going and what she was doing. However, she knew there was something big out there for her and knew she had to grow herself and mindset to allow herself to find it all and achieve it all.
For so long, Sophie allowed traumas/things/fears/people/conditioning to hold her back and consume her life but while working with me she has had MASSIVE growth within her mindset, internal world and external world. She says she has expanded and grown more than she could ever imagine.

- What fears held Sophie back from investing in coaching for the first time
- How she overcame the fears that were holding her back
- How coaching allowed Sophie to quit her 9-5 job and build a successful coaching business in under 12 month!
