Show Notes

" Negative emotions like loneliness, envy, and guilt have an important role to play in a happy life; they're big, flashing signs that something needs to change." -Gretchen Rubin

I see guilt as a mask to something more. Culturally we've accepted it as part of the norm but I see it as a coping strategy to keep our ego save.

Standing out, been seen and living a free, abnormal, amazing life is preceived as a cultural no-no. Even though deep down everyone wants to be on the other side of the Mom Guilt they have to be willing to face it head on and see behind it.
