Sandee didn't realize that she was in control of the buttons on her emotional elevator until a decade ago. When Sandee decided she was done with just going from the parking garage to the ground floor that's when she decided to push all the buttons and see where it took her. She got to the penthouse of life and decide to teach others how to get there too. Sandee realized that her addiction to food was stopping her from even getting on the elevator. Sandee realized that she could break the cycles of addiction by elevating her emotions.
