That the relationship between the two was destined not to be one of the easiest was understood, but the photographer always has new surprises in store.
Haunted by remorse at being "forced" to betray his partner Massimiliano, Gianni invents solutions that are surreal, to say the least, in order to live equally, in a more or less indirect way, his relationship with Emmanuel, whom he cannot do without. But it does not always work, and his psyche begins to show signs of giving way.
The boy, who genuinely loves Gianni and feels deep pity for his suffering, does his best to come to his aid, even at the cost of heavy sacrifices. But there comes a time when one must be able to say enough to certain demands.
