spill it
“Spill it” 是一个非正式的口语表达，通常用来催促某人快点说出他们知道的信息、秘密或者他们一直在思考的事情。这个短语有点像是在说“快把你知道的都说出来”或者“别再藏着掖着了，告诉我们吧”。
例句1：
You know something, don’t you? Spill it!你肯定知道些什么，快说吧！
例句2：
You’ve been acting strange all day. Spill it, what’s going on?你一整天都表现得怪怪的。快说，发生了什么？
例句3：
I know you have a crush on someone. Spill it, who is it?我知道你暗恋某人。快说，是谁？
例句4：
You know something about the surprise party, don’t you? Spill it!你知道关于惊喜派对的某些事，是不是？快说！

例句1：
He finally got a promotion at work. 他终于在职场中获得了晋升。
例句2：
If you work hard, you might get a promotion soon. 如果你努力工作，你可能很快就会得到晋升。
