Join me as we feel into the energies of this Autumn Equinox and allow ourselves to come into balance, harmony and alignment just as the Earth is coming into her own balance.

Close your eyes, focus on your breath and allow the sound frequencies to do their work.
Afterwards, please drink plenty of water, journal, rest and eat good, nourishing foods. You can also go for a walk in nature to integrate the healing. (Sound Healing is an Energy Healing)
