In today's episode, I'm sharing the behind the scenes of my experience enduring the Texas winter storm. I was without power for over 50 hours in freezing temperatures with my husband and three kids, and we were very fortunate and blessed to have had a wood burning fireplace and a freezer full of food to eat during that time. I believe this experience happened for a reason, and it taught me many valuable lessons about leadership. Tune in to uncover those lessons I would not have learned otherwise.
