Visibility and brand awareness builds an audience, but that alone won't guarantee a successful marketing strategy. After you build that audience, you have to send them on an intentional journey. If you are asking yourself, "why isn't my marketing working?" then you need to be looking at that journey and identifying where people are dropping off.
