A California administrative law judge ruled that Tesla engaged in deceptive marketing for Autopilot and Full Self-Driving, agreeing with the DMV's request to suspend the company's sales license for 30 days. The DMV is giving Tesla 60 days to fix its marketing or face the suspension. Tesla responded by saying sales will continue uninterrupted. The judge found that "Full Self-Driving" is unambiguously false and that "Autopilot" intentionally uses ambiguity to mislead consumers.
