Beth Ford COO of Land O Lakes and Purina is interviewed by David Cogan of Eliances Heroes show amfm, iHeart radio. They talk about Ford's "supply forward" approach to better utilize valuable dairy products collected daily from supply chain resources. Ford also recommends cultivating excitement in children and coaching them to allow a non-linear journey on their career path. "The path isn't always linear," she says.
