As a coach, Max "works with Millennials to help them break through their clutter, stories, and self-doubts to maximize their talent and ability". Max is focused on helping young adults navigate and feel empowered in the workplace.
Max has a pretty cool side gig outside of being a coach and consultant. He owns a coffee shop in Lima, Peru, and is starting a direct-to-consumer coffee brand in the United States.
