Elevator no. 158: Lian Zucker is the co-founder / CEO of Loop, the matchmaking app where everyone gets to be a matchmaker for their single friends. Through Loop users can create their a profile and check out their friends connections. Then if they see someone that is interesting to them they can ask their friends for an introduction. As a result your friends become a trusted source and help make all of the matches on the app, improving the vetting component of the matchmaking process.
Before founding Loop, Lian was on the founding team of Thirty Madison / Keeps.com, an early product employee at Jet.com, and an investment banking analyst at Evercore.
