Retired US Navy Special Operations officer Hung Cao is running for the 10th Congressional District of Virginia. Hung discusses how he developed as a leader and how his leadership is still evolving. Hung shares his viewpoint on education, the border, the US economy including the effect of inflation on military budgeting, and how he will lead as Congressman Hung Cao.
