In this episode, Dr. Alison Tendler discusses her upbringing in South Dakota, experience in medical school, and what it is like to lead her team of 14 people. I called her green eyes blue. You may remember Dr. Tendler from the Restasis eye drop commercials that ran from 2008-2015 or so, with her striking green eyes, which I called blue during our face-to-face discussion. She let me off easy. Alison's story is an inspiration to young ladies who are considering a career as a Medical Doctor as well as medical professionals or anyone considering leaving the comfort of a large organization to start their own business.
