Ed Latimore is a former professional heavyweight boxer, a competitive chess player, sobriety advocate, physics graduate, U.S. Army National Guard veteran, and a bestselling author of Not Caring What Other People Think Is a Superpower and Sober Letters to My Drunken Self. He grew up in Pittsburgh’s housing projects and fought poverty, addiction, and trauma with the discipline of boxing and the clarity of stoic philosophy.
