Vor zwei Jahren habe ich mit Lutz Geißler "mein Brot" entwickelt, ein San Francisco Sourdough aus Dinkel. Seitdem backe ich nur noch dieses Brot, die Nachbarn werden auch schon bedient. Und natürlich ist es nicht mehr zu 100% so wie vor 2 Jahren.
