Auf dem diesjährigen Retrospective Facilitator Gathering ging es auch um das Thema Inklusivität. Denn schon vor zwei Jahren gab es das Thema, dass es einen "inner circle" gibt, also einen eingeschworenen Kern, und dass man als neuerer Teilnehmer nicht so leicht dazugehört. Dazu ein paar Gedanken und dann Kant.
