Show Notes

<p>I will talk about tech stuff on Tuesday. It could be an app, a gadget, etc. I recently did a <a href="https://www.haikudeck.com/back-to-the-future-of-podcasting-business-presentation-e21e2c67cf">talk at a podcasting conference</a> in Stockholm, Sweden. I then used the presentation tool called Haiku Deck. As I searched Google News, I found out that Haiku Deck is now acquired by BookRags, an ”edtech” company in Seattle. I am interested to learn about Adam Tratt’s new ventures in the future, and how BookRags will develop Haiku Deck in the years to come.</p> <p>What kind of presentation tools do you use?</p> <p>Show notes:</p> <ul> <li><a href="https://www.haikudeck.com/presentations/Lyceum">Martin Lindeskog’s presentations on Haiku Deck</a></li> <li>Haiku Deck - <a href="https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/haiku-deck">Crunchbase</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.geekwire.com/2018/roller-coaster-startup-journey-presentation-app-haiku-deck-sold-edtech-company-bookrags/">After roller coaster startup journey, presentation app Haiku Deck sold to edtech company BookRags</a> - GeekWire</li> <li><a href="https://xconomy.com/seattle/2018/12/20/following-sale-of-haiku-deck-adam-tratt-reflects-on-startup-life/">Following Sale of Haiku Deck, Adam Tratt Reflects on Startup Life</a> - Xconomy</li> <li><a href="http://scottberkun.com/2012/haiku-deck-a-simple-way-to-make-better-presentations-review/">Haiku Deck: a simple way to make better presentations (review)</a> - Scott Berkun</li> </ul> <p><a href="http://egonetcast.com/blog/2019/1/8/tuesday-tech">Episode 65</a> (2 minutes) was recorded on January 8, 2019, by <a href="http://egonetcast.com/contact/">podcaster, Martin Lindeskog</a>, with <a href="http://backpackstudioapp.com/">Backpack Studio app</a>, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/IK-Multimedia-podcasting-smartphones-tablets/dp/B007517AKK/en038d-20">IK Multimedia iRig Mic Cast podcasting microphone</a>, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/PreSonus-HD7-Professional-Monitoring-Headphones/dp/B004ACQMUQ/en038d-20">PreSonus HD7 professional monitoring headphones</a>, and <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/zunotek/snaprecorder-portable-recording-booth">SnapRecorder portable recording booth</a>.
