Moshe counts the gold, silver, and copper donated by the people for the building of the Mishkan - Tabernacle. Betzalel, Ahaliav, and their assistants make the eight ministerial garments - the long linen tunic, the linen trousers, the linen turban, the belt, the woolen apron, the breastplate, the woolen tunic, and the gold forehead plate - according to the instructions given to Moshe in Parasha Tetzaveh. The Mishkan, complete with all its components, is brought before Moshe, who erects it, anoints it with anointing oil, and consecrates Aaron and his four sons. A cloud appears over the Mishkan, signifying that the Presence of Hashem has come to dwell within it.
