The 100th episode of the Effective Challenge podcast provides a perfect backdrop to question what’s in a label. For many people, 100 represents a significant milestone. But why is it that 100 is somehow more substantial than 101?
Much of this comes down to the labels we have picked up over the course of our lives. This short episode shines a light on where those labels might come from and invites listeners to question whether labels are actually helping or hindering us.
