Show Notes
Italian courts have approved the extradition of Dave Pik Turmel, suspected leader of the Blood Family Mafia, to Canada. Turmel faces serious charges including drug trafficking, conspiracy, and assault. He was arrested in Rome last year and named Canadas most wanted fugitive. Despite the extradition approval, Turmel has fifteen days to appeal and his return to Canada could still be delayed. Roobens Denis, Turmels alleged right-hand man, was recently sentenced to forty-two months in prison after being caught in Portugal.
