BrewDog, the Scottish craft beer company, has been sold in a £33 million deal to US firm Tilray Brands. The sale includes the closure of 38 UK bars, including 8 in Scotland, leading to 484 job losses. However, 18 franchise bars and three Edinburgh pubs remain open.
