The Defence minsiter of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov earler this afternoon has accused the Russian government of 'genocide' over its attacks. We speak with former Ukranian Defence Minister Andriy Zagordnyuk to get overview of the situation in Ukraine, and on the ground he speaks with Neil Haeur, aa Canadian journalist and analyst , who has been spending time in Kharkiv.
