Sun and Bugs and Eczema...Oh My!
It's Memorial Day! School’s out and the sun and the bugs are out too! In this episode we get into what to use to protect your kids from the sun, the bugs and themselves in this hot weather. I have to admit, I’ve spent a few hours of my life reading ingredient lists on sunscreen bottles in the store- same goes for bug spray and I concluded that I had to start making my own safe, effective and allergen free products to address both of these issues. AND how are you supposed to dress your little eczema baby when it’s 100 degrees outside and they can’t wear shorts because they will itch their legs right off? I’ll share the brands we buy and what we came up with during those hard times. So, lets take this time to go over how to dress, protect and sunscreen your sweet little babes...
