I decided to start with a bang and am chatting with TWO TIMES winner of the IWSC Communicator of the year award Joe Wadsack. Get strapped in as you are about to be taken for a ride. If you don't know Joe, you certainly will after this. He will be taking you through a few of his stories getting into wine, talking about working in Bordeaux and how he studied winemaking. Then he will go through the most expensive cocktail in the world using First Growth Bordeaux, Sauternes and premium Madiera....
