The success of The Walt Disney Company in all of it's ventures was due in large part to the people Walt surrounded himself with. Never one to assume he was the smartest in the room, Walt was always pushing his team to learn more, to do better, because he wanted the brightest people to be on his payroll. Perhaps the most famous of these were Walt's 9 Old Men; a group of guys that were instrumental in Walt's achievements. Today, Terrence kicks off a nine-part series, focusing on one of these "Old Men" at a time.
