The retail sector is in for a much-needed boost today.
The industry is set to make about 270-million dollars from Black Friday sales.
Retail NZ Chief Executive Greg Harford told Kate Hawkesby he's hoping Kiwis will get out and support businesses.
“It could really be busier than Boxing Day. Black Friday has become a really significant part of the shopping calendar.”
