Ryszard Chadwick, Executive Director of Northeast Academy, joins Aaron Castro to discuss rugby in the U.S. and the system to usher young rugby standouts to the USA National Team. Since taking over as ED at Northeast Academy in January 2019, Chadwick is credited with raising standards and brings a powerful combination of technical, theoretical and practical expertise.
