Pediatric onset multiple sclerosis (POMS) is increasingly recognized as a non-benign condition which requires consequent disease modifying treatment. In this special episode Andrew Chan hosts Barbara Kornek and Fredrik Sandesjö. They discuss epidemiological, biological and clinical characteristics of POMS, and highlight early highly effective therapy in this vulnerable patient group and the treatment in POMS.
