There’s no magic cure for anxiety, no perfect formula to make it disappear. But there is God’s truth—and when you let his truth shape your thoughts, it might just shift the weight of what you're carrying.

It’s true…life can be exhausting. When your problems feel like dead ends, it's tempting to just walk away. But with a new perspective, they can become starting points—to see life, faith, and yourself in a whole new way.

Insecurity tells you, "You're not good enough. You don't have what it takes. You can't do this." It can make you think God should've picked someone else, someone better, someone more capable. But truthfully? You are capable—and God knew it first.

Your time is valuable. How much of it is spent on your phone? When you think about what you could and should be doing instead of scrolling, tapping, and swiping, it's clear: the good parts of life aren't happening on a screen. Eliminating the distractions is always worth it. 

Phone glued to your hand? It comes with side effects: Easily distracted, a short attention span, missing out on the good things in life...the list goes on. If your screen time is taking away from what matters most, set some limits to make time for something better.

Your inner circle shapes a lot—from your fav coffee spot to the little habits you just can’t shake. Like it says in the Bible: "Bad company corrupts good character." Sounds dramatic, but it's true. So surround yourself with good company. Because who you're with changes who you become.

“Everyone else is doing it…so why shouldn’t I?” Sometimes, following the norm can have hidden costs. God doesn’t give you that list of "dos" and "don'ts" to be a buzzkill. It’s because he knows your best life is waiting for you. But to get there, you'll have to let some things go.

You might tell yourself, “This time, it'll be different." Next thing you know, you’re back at it, repeating the same old mistakes. We’re all human, and we’re all tempted by something—but there’s a way out.

The days might seem long, but life? It's short, and we don't get re-dos. So don't miss out on even the littlest moments God's given you today. 

We love the idea of doing something big for God, but the truth is: God doesn't need you to be impressive. He just needs you to say yes. Because even the smallest things can have a big impact.

Always on. Always going. Always tired. It’s almost too easy to find yourself booked and busy 24/7. But when was the last time you stopped to actually catch your breath? If the rhythm of your life leaves no room to breathe, it might be time to slow down—or you might just burn out.

We all have hopes and dreams. But at some point, reality sets in: dreams don’t always come true. Abraham and Sarah in the Bible were there, too. Little did they know, God was working behind the scenes for them the whole time. God promised them something, and he delivered—and he will for you, too.

God’s love isn’t limited or earned—it’s just who he is. And when you experience that kind of love, it shifts how you show up for others. Because when someone’s hurting or in need, there’s always a way to help. In a world filled with so much need, how can you make a difference?

It’s the ultimate destination—a complete restoration in the New Heavens and New Earth. Imagine living forever with God, free from death, mourning, crying, pain, and sin. This isn’t just a crazy idea. It’s a reality worth looking forward to.

Jesus is coming back to defeat evil once and for all. No, we can’t tell you when, because…no one knows. But we do know that one day, we’ll all stand face-to-face with him. So, live ready for his return—starting now.
