<p>This is the second time I pushed out an audio from my meditation teacher from the 1990s, Jeru Kabbal. I've done this meditation many times over the years. Just sit on a pillow on the floor, close your eyes and breathe. If you go with it, before long you're in another space, inside yourself. On that same day I <a href="http://scripting.com/2004/07/15.html#When:1:52:45PM">explained</a> my travel plan through the rest of the summer: El Paso, Juarez, Las Cruces, Albuqurque, Santa Fe, Taos, NY, then Boston for the DNC. I would end up spending the summer and fall in Seattle. </p><p>So now we've got a sense of geography. I wasn't even sure I was in NY for the most recent episodes. Probably staying with my parents in Queens. </p>
