Show Notes
The Environmental Working Groups latest report reveals that spinach, strawberries, grapes, and other fruits and vegetables have high pesticide residues. Over 54,000 samples tested by the USDA showed multiple pesticides, with 60% containing PFAS. Health experts warn of risks, especially for kids and pregnant women. However, pineapple, sweet corn, avocados, and onions have low or no detectable residues. Washing produce thoroughly can help reduce exposure.
