For decades Consumer NZ has been fighting for our consumer rights by shining spotlights on those who need to be shown up and holding those to account who try and pull a fast one on the unsuspecting public.
In this enlightening conversation we address a wide array of consumer-focused topics including airlines, banks and of course supermarkets. Do we take our consumer rights as seriously in New Zealand as say Australia? Are we treated fairly by our largest corporates? Is New Zealand a good place to be a consumer?!
