Show Notes
Road salt is a necessary evil during the winter. It is great for melting snow and ice but too much of it isn’t great for the surrounding plants and animals. How much is too much and is there a happy balance between driver safety and environmental impact? That is what my guest in this episode has been studying for years and years. This episode my guest is Dr Sujay Kaushal, professor of Geology and Earth System Science at the University of Maryland as we talk about road chemicals and the surrounding environment. All that and more on the Driving You Crazy Podcast.
