Let me start by saying I detest drunk driving. That said, the Colorado Department of Transportation sent out a press release saying more than half of all drivers who were contacted for suspected DUI refused to take a toxicology test. There are lawyers on social media who will persuade you to not take the test but is that the best strategy if you are pulled over?
