Kyla Lee and Paul Doroshenko examine the findings of a scientific paper called "Cannabis use as a risk factor for causing motor vehicle crashes: a prospective study". It found no evidence of significantly increased crash risk in drivers with THC.
Also, there's a case that functions as a good talking point for the topic of threshold reliability in IRP cases.
