Whisky writer since 1988, Dave Broom, is undoubtedly one of the world's leading commentators on spirits. Dave was in Australia recently for the film premiere of The Amber Light, a documentary that follows Dave on a tour around Scotland where he explores the history of whisky as a cultural product.
