Their mission is to produce naturally low in alcohol wines that offer the same great drinking experience you can expect from their full-strength counterparts. The innovative project is being led by Dr David Jordan, known to his industry peers as DJ, a renowned viticulturalist who consults to many leading wineries in Australia and New Zealand.
