Sydney distillery Otter Craft Distilling was founded by Julie Otter and her brother Eduard in 2019.
While Eduard has extensive drinks industry experience, Julie's background is as an executive in the fashion and beauty sectors.
Most recently, she was CEO of Australian fashion label Sass & Bide, and she's done stints at MAC Cosmetics, Jeanswest and sleepwear brand Peter Alexander.
