Most recently, she was CEO of Australian fashion label Sass & Bide, and she's done stints at MAC Cosmetics, Jeanswest and sleepwear brand Peter Alexander.

There's a lot of 'lifers' in the drinks industry – people who get into it early on in their careers and never leave.
As such I always find it interesting to speak with people with different career backgrounds who bring a new perspective on things, which is exactly what we get from Julie in this episode.
