Das Zusammenstellen dieser Ausgabe von Wop Bop A Loo Bop hat René Maeder einmal mehr ganz viel Spass gemacht. Grund dafür ist die Band of Heathens, welche mit COUNTRY SIDES ein neues Album veröffentlicht hat. Wie der Name sagt, handelt es sich dieses Mal um ein Album, das stark in der Country Musik verwurzelt ist. Seit Jahren gehört die Band of Heathens zu Maeders absoluten Favoriten und deshalb nimmt ihre Musik in der heutigen Sendung auch viel Platz ein.
