I've taken the trainings, masterminds & watched the influencers- they all said the same thing! "You HAVE to be on ____ in order to grow your business!" But they don't tell you the downside of it:

  1. how it becomes an addiction, where you feel the NEED to look at it

  2. how it turns into an idol, where everything you do has to be documented or be "IG worthy"

  3. how it starts to take TIME Away from enjoying those moments

  4. how you start to prioritize it above other aspects of your business that you should be focusing on
