Do you cringe every time you hear the word “Budget”?
As a former Financial instructor, I used to teach budgeting to my students & many times the unfortunate cycle would be: setting a budget, stick with it for a bit, see some positive outcomes, then become overwhelmed or discouraged with it & stop
Then I learned that the negativity started with the word “Budget”!
