There's a powerful phrase by one of the original legends in personal development, Jim Rohn, who would often say that "Stand Guard At the Door of Your Mind." When our kids hear the words "Stand Guard," they likely think about the Queen's Guard that is charged with guarding the official royal residences in the United Kingdom. Last year before we entered this new CoronaVirus no-travel reality, Eva and I went to London and had the chance to see the Queen's guards at Buckingham palace. You know, the soldiers who wear the red uniforms with the tall black hat. But Mr. Rohn's advice is to stand guard at the door of your mind.
