U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is on a three-country trip to Africa, as Washington continues its unrelenting condemnation of Moscow for its war in Ukraine. She is leading a new diplomatic push by the Biden administration that aims to show the continent that the United States is a true partner.
