Clinical Director at The Teddy Bear Clinic, Dr Shaheda Omar says there has been an increase in cases of mothers killing their children in recent years. This comes as a community in the Eastern Cape mourns after a woman allegedly killed her three kids before taking her own life in Jabavu village in Port St Johns. It is alleged that she poisoned all of them using a deadly chemical known as a tank pill. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to Teddy Bear Clinic Director, Dr Shaheda Omar
