Officials from the Department of Correctional Service have been conducting raids at prison facilities to ensure safety and security this festive season. In a recent raid at the Drakenstein prison officials confiscated a number of illicit substances and other illegal items such as electrical wires, cell phones, chargers and cash. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to Singabakho Nxumalo, National Spokesperson for the Department of Correctional Services.
