The high court in Johannesburg has ruled to invalidate the decisions, resolutions, and election results that arose from the ANC's Ekurhuleni Regional conference held in May 2022. As a consequence, the ANC has been ordered to cover the costs associated with the application. now that the high court has ruled that the ANC conference outcomes be set aside and therefore invalid - what happens next and what it all means.
