Alleged Parliament arsonist, Zandile Mafe, has been referred to a facility in the Eastern Cape for mental observation. Mafe appeard in the High Court in Cape Town as part of pre-trial proceedings. Mafe previously refused to be admitted to the Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital in the Mother City. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter, Thandiswa Mawu
